I've based this on Rajan previous work! :y: This is still a work in progress. Please read, and then add thoughts and suggestions.

1. Welcome and Introduction (10 mins)

2. Club Objectives and Plan (20 mins)

What are we trying to achieve - try to bang out a statement of intent or "articles of incorporation" (to be posh!) Who's in, who's out etc…
Positioning with respect to other clubs.

3. Committee Organisation and Election (30 mins)

I think we need the following. I will make another post for nominations shortly with an explaination of the requirements of each role.

Sorry I won't be at the AGM :cry: but I'm planning to be there at the club show.  

I know there are more important things to discuss at the AGM but can I put in a request for merchandise (trivial I know nut I really want them he he )?

One comment (bit late now for this meet but perhaps gauge after Sunday for next AGM) - at my archery clubs AGM (sorry to bore you!) we never have an 'AOB' section. This is for the main reason of time - most AGM's seem to over-run and AOB can go on for hours with petty and unrelated squabbles!

I put a request out with the announcement of the AGM that any topics of discussion should be put to me at least 2 weeks before the AGM and no new topics will be discussed on the day.

Given how new we are I think AOB will be a good thing on Sunday but maybe a point to consider for the future?
