1. Welcome and Introduction (10 mins)

2. Club Objectives and Plan (20 mins)
What are we trying to achieve - try to bang out a statement of intent or "articles of incorporation" (to be posh!) Who's in, who's out etc…
Positioning with respect to other clubs.
3. Committee Organisation and Election (30 mins)
I think we need the following. I will make another post for nominations shortly with an explaination of the requirements of each role.

Club Secretary (Membership and Correspondance)
Events Co-ordinator (Regional and Local)
Website Co-ordinator
Merchandising Co-ordinator

I know there are more important things to discuss at the AGM but can I put in a request for merchandise (trivial I know nut I really want them he he )?

I used to own a mk1 - well I've had 2 actually - YDU 720X & SMU 420Y. Currently I drive an 98 Scotia White Mitsubishi Evolution V RS…. fancy getting another mk1 someday

I put a request out with the announcement of the AGM that any topics of discussion should be put to me at least 2 weeks before the AGM and no new topics will be discussed on the day.
Given how new we are I think AOB will be a good thing on Sunday but maybe a point to consider for the future?
