Wheel Refurb Surrey Area

Hi there,

I have a set of ATS classics which need sanding and respraying, (back to original spec, black center polished lips). does anyone have any recommendations around the surrey area? dont mind traveling <1hr away. Also any idea how much it would cost? If not then any tips for rubbing them down? taken forever to do one!
