VW SPECIALISTS

HI,
ANYBODY KNOW OF ANY GOOD VW SPECIALIST S/ TUNERS ETC IN THE CUMBRIA / NORTHUMBERLAND AREA?? AND RECOMMENDATIONS? OR PLACES TO AVOID? :evil:

i know of a couple of places in newcastle don't know if thats too far for you to travel but if its not try veedubs on the gateshead side of the river (01914950366) hes a vw scrappie but does engine conversions and stuff.

Theres also a place called dubshack right next to the telewest arena mainly deals with aircooled stuff but is handy with the golfs too.

I'd also try giving gsf a ring in newcastle too (01912985911) theres an old guy in there thats in with the vw angels he might know some places further north.  :dontknow:

wahey someone form cumbria!! jonathan at jdm dyno's! he's got a supercharged 16v on throttlebodies that he's just built for a customer! he's got rolling road etc to tune it on, 07766224910

 im originally from the north east so im over there alot, dont own a MK1 yet but just wantin to know whats around as far as specialists/tuners are concerned.
but currently staying in cumbria…dont own a mk1 yet but its just a matter of time been saving my nuts off and got a nice little lump saved up to get one so if you here of one about locally gimme a shout, after a engine conversion something like a G60. must be in mint condition with nothing major needing to be done with.
