TSR-Performance

Has anyone had any recent dealings with TSR-Perfomance?

Not bought from them yet, but had contact with them on email over suspension a little while ago. They seemed really helpfull. I think generally they do have a good reputation

Has anybody had mechanical work done by TSR?  I'm looking at a car tonight that boasts of extensive engine refurb work done by them and wondering if its something I should be cautious about?

Tim knows wot he's do'ing but fue ov me mate's over the years have spent much money with them,every 1 can get 2 a scrap yard for bit's too & it an't much 2 get stuff powder coated.tim used 2 say mk1 brake's r fine standand if work'in correctly now i bet it's 280mm + all the way.

I thought Tim retired some time ago and now lives in the South of France? The TSR company carried on under new management, collapsed, but was reformed or something? Worth checking the details….

show's how long iv bin away from mk1's,in my area the's bin loads ov dodgey golf company's,fue ov my mate's keep tell'ing me i'd should make a living from vw's.

8O  took me a while to figure out the code in the response but I get the gist!

I've heard of them before, and I think I've priced up work from them in the past.  I read up on their website about the closing of the company and yes now it's under new ownership.  Guess the receipts will be the proof I need.  All seems pretty legit up to now though.
