Mk specialist needed Wolverhampton ?

Hi all I've just bought a d reg mark 1 cab gti it has a few jobs needed doing to it.does any one know of a good garage around Wolverhampton or close to that does good work on mark 1 gti s and knows their stuff!

This person is a joke, I spoke to him regarding some coilovers made arrangements to collect and then the guy says he is selling them at auto jumble after I have made arrangements to collect then puts the phone down on me during the conversation….

Deffo not the way to do business especially if your trying to advertise via websites….

My car is at berts now too I went to another garage paid a fortune and still came out with problems! But then I found the holy grail in Bert I went to see him gave me a lot off his time and advice he is without doubt a mk 1 specialist and top bloke!

No personal attack, I'm just telling the story as it is, 

If your not selling anything until auto jumble then why not state in your advert, also you was moaning that people were texting and calling at all sorts of times again why not state what times would be good to contact you?? I called you a few times and texted only once you didn't answer nor did you reply, you was the one who wasted my time not the other way round. 

And as for silly questions all I asked was what make and model are they and what colour?? If those are silly questions then I do apologise! And good luck to anyone not asking the same questions at auto jumble.

And yes I tried haggling but you said firm £100 for the coilovers so I agreed and asked if I could collect on the sunday and you answered we are closed on Sundays and only open till 6pm and I did say I'll send my friend down to collect which you even gave me the name of the road and postcode of where to collect, so tell me why if you wasn't gonna sell them to me until auto jumble you would give me those details?? And good luck to no one trying to haggle you at auto jumble.

And as for wether I have a problem with you or not I'd rater not associate with you wether I see you at a show or not, to me it's not the end of the world, I'm not really bothered to be fair, I'm not being an Internet keyboard warrior just expressing how I have been treated and warning others ! 

I was well within my rights in what I have said and how i have come across, and I did even text you to say what I will be reporting on the forum, and I do have all my saved send and received messages from your self and your address so I'm far from making up a story !! 

As you stated you were told before you sent your mate to the garage to collect coilovers they were no longer for sale you then sent me a text saying you were going to report me to forum! Why would you still send your mate to collect? Anyway lets leave it there have better things to do with my time!

i was initially told you will be selling them at auto jumble, but then i explained i live in birmingham and can collect as soon as, hence why i had your address and postcode!

not once did you say they werent for sale otherwise i wouldnt have sent my friend on a joyride! and as you stated about my miss calls why not answer or return my call to let me know???

hence why i have said why i wouldnt trust my car in your care as you cant be bothered to answer or return calls, not very good customer service !!

and like i said got better things to do with my time than argue with you!

i wouldnt be surprised if the same coilovers that i was gonna buy for £100 will be for sale at auto jumble for more than that price,

 i really feel that i didnt deserve to be let down today the way i was by yourself and i still dont understand why, but hey ho atleast people will read this and they can make up their own minds!

Sweet ive been restoring golfs for over 20 yrs....everyone else ive dealt with has been happy enough as you can see with the comments left.....only you who has been a problem...but hey ho theres always one!!
