Manchester garage

Does anyone have a garage in Manchester (south side if poss) which they would be happy to recomend to get my 92 clipper serviced / repaired / MOTed?

I am new to owning a classic car and new to Golfs in general so would any suggestions would be better than plucking a name out of the air.

Just a quick update. I used General Motors for my recent MOT and they were fantastic. Helpful, honest and resourceful. I won't be taking my car anywhere else.
