In need of a new hood around Manchester

Hi been repairing a 1990 gti cabriolet, and the only thing so far what I want doing professionally is the hood, the car is sorn and I'm not far off getting it back on the road so I would like to get the hood repaired (replaced) soon the drivers side inside is dry and the passengers foot well has a nice pond  if anyone could tell me which seals usually go and what to look for so I can find what needs replacing and supply the specialist with new seals that would also be helpful or if I even need to do this?Anywhere in the Manchester area would be perfect if anyone has any past experiences with nearby companies please let me know so I can have a good ring around.

The pond in the footwell could be blocked drain holes in the engine bay. Mine get blocked frequently. Have a check of these they are by the wiper linkages under the plastic scuttle panel. If the left one is blocked then there is a good chance that is the cause of your problem.
