The usual request in this section - anyone know where I can take my baby (mk1 cab) for her service and MOT in or around Hitchin in Hertfordshire?

bit of a late response, you may have already got it done, but there is a very good garage in welwyn garden city called mark tempest. they specialise in vw, and one of the mechanics is a mark 1 fan so i reckon it should be in safe hands there, don't think they do mots though?

"Mr V Wagen" (Mr V on here...i think) works at a VW Audi specialist in WGC....
