Garage/bodywork/sprayer/roof supplier needed in Essex.

Does anyone know of a good or up to par:
Mechanic,
Bodywork/Spray shop,
and
Roof Supplier/fitter
In the south east, in or near Essex preferably.

Would REALLY help me out.
Failing that, a MK1 golf restorer or someone on here willing to do it?
