Electrics/engine specialists on mk1 gti

Im in real need to find someone to re-wire my gti cabriolet, the heater and wipers cant be used at the same time as the fuse are branched together now neither will work! It also randomly cuts out but i think that is because of a rusty filler kneck…….i either want this sorting or quotes on a abf conversion  or gti on carbs. Im located in CAMBRIDGESHIRE, anyone know where please?!?!?! Thanks
