Competant steering company NOT!

Hi I thought I would let you guys know about this firm
I sent them an email about MK1 power steering for my LHD Caddy and this was the reply

As far as we are aware Power Steering was not fitted to the MK1….however you could probably fit a MK2..  8O
we could only supply a LHD steering rack(one in stock).you may be able to use a RHD donor vehicle minus the rack.

Ah well as you don't seem to know anything about VW Golfs I would not be buying from you
MK1 Golfs in rhd and lhd both came available with power steering and to suggest fitting a MK2 Golf defies belief they are totally different

Steering)

Nice to see such great customer service
now sourcing my rack from EBAY.De where there are many bargains
one LHD MK1 Golf power steering system complete euro's 90 and 20 euro's carriage( though I think the guy is optomistic about this probably 35 euro's.

Anyway hope this stops anyone getting the wrong stuff from this firm if you deal with them

LOL you should bow your head in shame as mk1 golfs in rhd NEVER CAME WITH PAS as a option.
