Body repair HELP - North West

Hi folks,
83 Lhasa green GTi - stripped and ready for body repairs. Can anyone recommend a decent welder/body repairer who can tackle a few jobs on my project. Have a mate to paint the whole when its ready but he doesnt want to tackle the welding. Jobs to do are;
Replacement full back panel
x4 arch repairs
There are also a few other rusty bits  but I`m pretty sure these can be cut out and repaired using a donor car.
Oh and I bloody reversed into skip which has dented the near side quarter - gutted!!

If its just basic welding stuff and its prepped, I could help you out. But I'm just an amateur and it would be done in my back yard, etc. I guess you're after someone more professional, with money to match?

Know a good guy in Southport if you're near there.

Have you done much before?
I`m not after a masterpiece but just as long as it looks good enough to paint and you cant see the joins etc.

South Wirral, Cheshire. Have you looked closely underneath at the chassis legs and the rear axle support area too?

I've done the lower rear panel and sill on my own car, in addition to various running repairs to keep it on the road and pass MoTs, etc.

Not had a close look no but going on the rest of the car its solid enough.
Can you give me pointers of where to look exactly, sorry not sure where to look.
oh am in Wilmslow but can get the car moved to wherever.

+ all along the bottom of each sill. Inner wings too (you'd need to look deep into the engine bay or remove the outer front wings). Scuttle area too.

Perfect cheers will take a look tom.
The drivers sill needs repairing, just had a look but have had the engine out and it looks A OK. Scuttle is good too.

As pointed out in the pic ref the chassis leg have just looked and both sides are solid.
All other areas you mentioned are solid also.

If your happy to do the work-with payment obviuosly- that would be great.

Best thing is if I come over and have a look at the car and we'll take it from there. I assume its still on its wheels (rolling) and would neatly go onto a car trailer? etc. Anyway, PM me your address and contact details if you like, and we can take things from there.
