which 1 of you lovely ppl has the most knowledge? FUEL FEED

after running my engine (1.8 cc 8 valve K-jet) for about 5-10 mins it cuts out, and it won't start again for about 5 mins, then she fires and runs perfect again, for (yep you guessed it ) another 5 mins and the same happens.  i've tried the plugs and the relay (turned engine over) in the 5 mins that it won't start and i get sparks from plug and a click from the relay.the pump does'nt buzz straight away when the ignition is turned on but after a minute of the engine running it starts to buzz and cuts out after a few mins. i think it is either the pump or the pick up on the top of the tank but i'm guessing.  1991 CAB

Faulty pump or pump relay from your description . Tin Top or Cabriolet ?
