Where2Buy 4branch manifolds?&Info on yours.

Hello im looking for some advice, on buying a 4 branch manifold for my mk1 gti 8v.

I only want peoples input that have actually either owned one, or have one fitted, not guesses please.

Im looking for power not noise, but also understand the 2 often come together.

I want one that will last, look good, and mostly give best power.

Who acutally has what fitted to their car? and whats the power/torque difference like? noticeable?
