Where can i buy this??

OK i'm not that clued up on the engine side of the golf yet so any help is welcome

I've got a 1986 1.6 carb mk1 golf and on the carb at the bottom (dont know what make sorry) their is a base plate that bolts to the maifold with what looks like a thick rubber gasket this has split really bad  because of a bad previous repairand i need one quick but not that sure if i've explained it well enough :dontknow:
Anyone help with what is called and where to get one at the best price?
