What does the swirl pot look like and where is it in the gti

I have recently bought a tank and was told its for a gti with a swirl pot. I have looked inside the tank, but im still not sure if it has one.  It has somthing directly below the sender?? but i was told it should be located near the bottom pump supply pipe.  I have a feeling that what i can see is just a filter or somthing??

Many thanks

Yeah, i been told that only gti's had a swirl pot located in the tank to stop fuel starvation when cornering.  Thanks for the reply.

Could be the cone just under the sender hole. The return line feeds into the top of the cone in such a way that the fuel will swirl around and down when the fuel level is low. Never heard or thought of it as a swirl pot?
