vapour seperator bypass

hi,

it would appear that i have a low rev fueling issue, tank and pick up clean, fuel filter new and the pump seems to be pulling fuel in a healthy manner ( when you watch it in the filter ) .

i have pulled the carb apart and the jets are clean.

so i am now at the seperator thats fastened on top of the rocker cover.

some of you mention that this has been bypassed by RAC etc and when done the fault goes.

?? how did this get done ??
?? how do you plumb the return pipe into the bypass ??

want to try the bypass before i go buying a new one ( VW still do them at ?35 plus vat )
