Twin 45s on a kr which fuel pump

fitted a 16v with twins 45s into my 82 gti   wonder if i could fit a mech fuel pump  to do away with the elecy one and relay make it simple would the delivery and pressure be ok with a mech pump

problem is there isnt anywhere you can fit a mech pump, assuming you mean a bog std golf carby type pump.
