Supersprint Exhaust.. anyone running one??

Is anyone running a supersprint exhaust system with the straight through middle section?? Im in two minds to get one or not but i dont know if it would be abit too o.t.t noise wise without a middle silencer??

i have a supersprint with the middle section and i personally would like to take the mid box out to get a fruitier note, however on the motorway, the mid section does come in handy so im not deafened by it, but for idling id like it louder!!!  :mrgreen:

Hi, i had a 1.8 gti 8v with a straight through mid section and it was LOUD, dont get me wrong, sounded lovely, but was an annoyance to the neighbours so it didnt stay a straight through for long.

I have a 1.9 8v running a single box supersprint and its suprisingly quiet, I'm only in Wrexham so your welcome to pop over and see (or listen) for yourself how quiet it is.

Had one on our old cabby gli. Was awesome! had a lovely rallycar rasp to it under load!!  Wasn't too bad at idle. although it was funny coz the guy at bush tyres who fitted it  was being a harrassed by the manager who didn't believe it was sealed properly due to the raspyness. took an age to explain that it had no centre box lol
