struggling to start up when warm

my cab starts first time every time now i changed plugs, leads, dizzy cap and rotar arm but when its been running and i try again after like 10 mins it seem s to struggle and turn over alot before ignition? The fuel filter in engine bay seems to be pretty much filling so is it pulling in too much fuel and flooding as a result?

Pal i had a mk1 years ago that was exactly the same i changed lots of parts fuel pump , one way valve, accumulator etc, i  then changed the metering unit, this cured the problem, my car was always a first time starter from cold, soon as it was warm it started after lots of cranking almost like it had to build up pressure hope this helps

My cab use to be a pain to start when warm, it ended up being a leaking injector, which would flood the engine if you didn't catch it on the first turn of the key.

Come to think of it tho, this would sometimes be the case when cold too.

If your still having problems maybe get the timing set up with a timing light?
