all 'performance exhausts will fit, it may need a reducer for the downpipe though. not sure of the bore on a 1.3?

Use a Polo GT exhaust manifold and downpipe, with some mild customisation, a length of pipe to bridge the gap feeding into a GTi system.

You could get a full stainless steel exhaust system custom fitted at TopGear in St. Albans. They did mine on my 1.1 and sounds and feels good. They would start from your manifold's downpipe. The back box then can be of your choice, think they do powerflow, as its what I got. Hope this helps.

is thair no company that do a backbox off the shelf that fit a 1.3? as i dont fill cleaver enuff to start cutting and welding pipes  

pretty pointless just getting a backbox -  you would get no real benefit. Fitting a  full system isnt t as hard as it sounds either- many ehauhst specialists will be able to make you up something decent for not too much money - and would be able to fit it for you.
