New exhaust
Hello
Can anyone recommend a good exhaust for a 1.8 (not GTI) 8v 1993 cabrio? My mot has failed due to the back box and I'm looking to get a performance exhaust but not sure who's best or what's a reasonable price to pay. I don't want anything too loud!
Cheers!

My problem is that mine isn't a GTi so my first port of call couldn't help me. I seem to have found a Jetex system though at a reasonable price (£204 for a half system including delivery) which is compatible for my cabrio, so looks as though I may go with that!

Yeah Jetex seems to be a very popular make.......

i got a Rivage, 1.8 gti same as sportline..
Would also be interested aswell as i need a change, mine is way too loud, maybe not just the back half..
my friend has a sportline and fit a costimised Powerflow exhaust with lifetime gaurantee.. looks and sounds good esp on his Sportline..
they install and you go back every year for a check, anything faulty they will rectify..

Thanks, we went for lambo flip orange, with cream and orange interior, black trim and rims with chrome dish. A sweet wood porsche steering wheel and porsche script door handles, took some time but well worth it.

gti and non-gti 1.8 exhausts fit the same, but later cabbies are different to pre 84 cab/tintop
