ne pump or nearly new

after waiting for the rain to stop i finaly got a part number for the fuel pump on my 1.8gti 16v conversion(done b4 i bought it) could any1 help and tell me if its the right pump and if so were i can get 1 at a not to bad price the number is bosch 0-580-254-957

yeah thats coming up as correct, 0 580 254 909 is the superceeded/universal part number.

thanks so in theory i could get the 909 pump as this is the same spec? is that right? seen a few more of those as ive been looking

yep thats the replacement pump, only thing is to check if it comes wioth the fuel line fitting in the end or not, some dont and you have to swap the old one over, if you have one!
