mk1 cabrio stainless exhaust not big boar

im looking to buy a stainless exhaust for my 1800cc mk1 1990 cabrio dx engine a new stainless exhaust but can only find big boar ones i want a quiet one .im not a boy racer.

I too would be interested in a stainless steel version of the standard vw 1.8 gti dx. Unfortunatley I dont have one avaliable to copy, nor do I live close enough to give one if I had it!

i have a power flow item, it's stainless and because its custom it's as loud or as queit as you want it. Mine is a touch louder than std but only a touch and i got the guy who fitted it to finish it with a std looking tailpipe not a drainpipe one. The only difference being it's polished - yeh - doh more polishing!!

The best advice though is to go to a fitter recommended by someone as I hear there is alot of cowboys about.
