Metering head!

Right finally solved my cars bad running!! after new fuel tank, new accumulator, new fuel pump, new leads, new plugs, new dizzy cap, new coil and finally new alternator!!

I sourced a second hand metering head, which i was assured ran fine on previous car! changed it and now my car is Great!!!! runs sweet as a nut!!! pulls extremely well indeed now, its a 92 Rivage. :D

So anyhow well happy with car now, so thought i would go about and clean out/fix old metering head!! i took it off the flap assembly and removed the 6 or seven torx bolts holding the 2 halves together and it was a bit tight so i pulled a little harder and BOING!!! i came apart and i was showered in fuel and springs and these little caps!! and a fair bit of rust!!! Anyhow they are all soaking away in my parts washer now and i wanna rebuild it after and try it again on car!!

Q. has anyone got a photo/diagram of the assembly?? as mine fell apart i did not get a chance to see how all the bits go back together!!! :dontknow:  :dontknow:

Never nad one apart , in my manual it says NEVER take this apart as you will never be able to rebuild it .

LOL, sounds like the time I took apart a spare warm up regulator, oh dear.

I think bosch must employ people with watchmaker skills.
