LUMPY 1500

when i got my 1500GLS it ran as lumpy as hell,
the car hadnt been run for around 3mths, after changing spark plugs, rotor arm and a new set of HT leads the car ran much better,
but still isnt 100% ,
its a dog until fairly warm,
and then feels clogged and doesnt exellerate smoothly,
yet when on idle it sounds sweet …
sound familiar ??

Run a spray of carb cleaner around the base of the Carb (rubber flange), to see if it stalls the engine whilst hot and idling. May have a air leak there.
