Low Petrol

Silly Question i know…….
but will my golf have a low fuel warning light?????
its an 83 mk1 1800

As mentioned, there isn't a light as such, but the manual states that when the needle has reached the top of the orange section on the left side of the gauge, there is about 4-5 litres of fuel left (4.5 litres = 1 gallon), so if you are getting about 28-30 mpg, that is your remaining* range…
