Hi there great site, I own  1988 mk1 cabriolet 1.8 karmen.
the car originaly ran a 1.8 carb engine but at some point it had a 1.8 k jetronic engine fitted and when i bought it she would not run, after playing with the fuel pressure and changing the cam that had been fitted it now runs fine my question is , can you get an exhaust system to fit a mk1 cabriolet with a 1.8 injection in it that also has a 4 branch manifold on it i have tried locally with no success and any feedback would be most appreciated

You need to buy the 4 branch then fit any GTI type exhaust , fitting is usually the same under the car .

thanks for your advice i will buy a later mk1 cabriolet exhaust, I already have the 4 branch fitted
