fuel tank filler pipe

the pipe that goes from the petrol cap to the tank is rotten on my 93 cabby... ive seen one on ebay but it says it fits 1979 - 1984 golf..... does anyone no wer i could get one from and are the hard tops same as cabbys???? cheers brad

They're different. Some places do sell them but they're ?50 or so more expensive. But you can bend the hatchback one a little, and shorten it slightly, and it will fit fine. Guide on the left!
