fuel tank and pump

i have a 1.3 mk1 golf , and its the non injection ,. jsut owndering if i could use a inline pump , somewhere near the tank instead of having to change the tank and all teh lines

what problem are you trying to solve?

put a injection engine in the car , 1.8 , and now i need a fuel pump,

i have a gti tank ,pumps and loom avilable??

can use late mk1 cabby/scirocco lift pump and under car fuel reservoir with your old tank. then match the pump to the engien/managment you're fitting,. if k-jet you have tyo use mk1 k-jet pump and accumulator plus lines from there to metering head.
if carbs use bike pump to match or suitable facet or something. if digi/megasquirt you can use MK3 polo GT/G40 pump
