fuel starved, think its the fuel reservoir

can anyone help me find a fuel reservoir, its the thing bolted on the rocker cover bolts by a v shaped bracket, has fuel line in fuel out to carb and a fuel line that returns to the tank, cant find a new one anywhere? can you help me?
