fuel pump

im in the process of putting a mk1 1.8 gti tintop together and my fuel pump is just floating around not sure how it should be mounted is there meant to be a bracket??? :?

Yes,it sits in a foam cover,which fits in a metal cradle which mounts to the body with rubber(anti vibration)fittings
