fuel pump relay 1990 cab

can any body tell me were the fuel pump relay is on a 1990 cab as there is no relay in the secound postion from the left in the top row on my fuse box the car runs but really rough and no priming noise from the fuel pump

 could the car be running on the lift pump? i have only just bought the car got it cheap because of the misfire
