FUEL PRESSURE METERING PROB

hi there, quick question, i having another crack at getting my golf gti going. it punches a bit on turn over but nothing, i have spark and fuel, but with the fuel i tested the ijectors by running the pump with them in bottles and lifting the flaps and spray fine but just tried this again with them in turn it over and lift the flap to see if it will start and it seems lots of pressure on the flap arm from the WUR. it felt like it was being pulled down and lots of pressure pushing on it, not sure if this is how it should be, seems like the air flow would have to be very strong to move it. and help would be great
