Fuel Filler Neck
I was just wondering how hard it would be to change the fuel filler neck as mine is starting to get corroded in a Clipper?
Are these easy to find and roughly how much am i looking to get one?
Thanks Hobo

contact funk_star mate he's always good for parts and he's breaking a 93 clipper at the mo so he may have 1 up for grabs! i think GPC in Luton have just started stocking them too, they are well easy to fit, and it makes the world of difference!! just a 10mm bolf in the rear arch, 3 screws under the plastic disc behind the fuel cap and the flexi hose attatching it to the fuel tank should have a jubilee type clip and thats it, just make sure you have quite an empty fuel tank when you do it or you jack the rear up which you may aswel do and take the back wheel off, just makes it easier, i did mine a while back… it was in a shoddy state! after youve dont it might be an idea to change your fuel filter too, costs pennies and peace of mind!
hope this helps

Remember that tintop ones are different you can get them to fit and they are 1/2 the price of cabby ones from GSF you have to cut bits off and bend it a bit
Here is a very useful guide
