Fuel Filler

Crazy Quiff filler pipe, does it come with everything I need to replace, or do i need to look for seals and screws and bolts etc.?

Also, does it come with tintop to cabby conversion kit, and do i have to cut anything?

if not, where can i get all this stuff?

What's the best way to flush out my fuel tank and pipes once I've changed the filler pipe?
