exhaust heat wrap

right then got some off ebay but no instructions   

so could somebody give me an idea what the best way to wrap my supersprint manifold

if its on the car - it'll be a pain.

off the car - simple - get some steel tie wraps or some suitable guage wire to twist knot it or alternativly jubilee clips to clamp the wrap to each tube to start the runs…. then just wrap each tube and keep it tight….
