driver exhaust same as gti

Does anyone know if the gti exhaust system would fit onto a driver??

All advice welcome.

If your Driver has a 6 bolt manifold the same as a GTI , then yes it will .

If the Driver is still a small block 1300 then the fanimold end is different. Also its at the front of the block not ther rear. Would think the middle and rear sections would fit on existing hangers but no idea if they would mate up to the front pipe.

The trouble with doing nothing is that you never know when you are finished.

Good point mr 1800 Driver = 1300cc  I was thinking of the 1500 .

Spoken to a manufacturer today, and they said should be the same shape as a gti, the only thing different is the joining sections. So if your changing system from the centre pipe to the backbox it should work.

pipe is different size, all of it

The downpipe i have is from qpeng and is the same bore as the exhaust im buying. it might have to be chopped a bit, but thats nothing new with a s3 conversion.

It will fit no worries , adaptors can be found if needed from all good exhaust stockists . Qpeng down pipe is a superb bit of kit .
