do twin 40 dellorto have a return to the fuel tank?

i would really be most appreciative for any help with this.

i have got hold of a set of twin 40 dellorto carbs for my 16v conversion i am going to be starting soon, and i need a little help with the plumbing.
as for as i can see they do not have a return line comine from the carb back to the tank, i have done some digging about and from what i have found it seems that i do not need one as the neeldle valve and seat are more than capable of holding back the flow of fuel from the pump. the pump i am going to use is a facet red top pump.
i do have a fuel pressure regulator to go along with the rest of the install.

if anybody has had some experience in doing this conversion and could shed some lite on the situation for me it would be a great help.

no you dont need a return feed to the tank,
just pump - pressure reg - carbs
simples

oh and a fuel filter inline will be a good move aswell
