couple of quick questions

my exhaust is blowing at the front so tonight i took off the c clips to change the gasket at the front but i cant seem to get the doughnut gasket off.any tips or special tricks you guys use when taking these off?also does anyone know what diameter gasket i need?
sound like it might be the manifold blowing but im going to try this gasket first as the bolts on the manifold dont look too clever and i think they might snap if i remove them.thanks

got it off today with a prybar and a hammer!had to lower the antiroll bar tho for the downpipe to clear enough to get the gasket out!get a new one tomorrow now
