car cuts out around corners when going fast

hello ive got a vw golf mk1 8v and when i go round a corner fast the car cut out. then starts again when the car straight peace of road again has eneyone had this and y  :dontknow:

has it always done it,is it a  injection engine with a carb tank on (without swirl pot?)

no it a new problem and its a injection engine gti

check the condition of the tank and internal swirl pot. use the how2 guide on cleanign out the fuel tank to help

Seem to remember it being gravity valve or accumulator ,  mine only did it on right hand bends when tank below 1/4   try it with tank over half full .
Also search past forum posts about gravity valve and accumulator
Mk1 2l TSR G60.  .getting. There twice as fast

Mk1 lhd diesel…….getting. There for half the cost
