Cabbie Exhaust Noise

There seems to be a blowing from my exhaust on my 87 cabbie gti.

I can only hear it blowing when im driving and its quite raspy.

I had a little look at it and i think it might be where the C shaped clips are near the manifold but not 100% sure.

Is this a common problem?

Has anyone else had this problem?

Is there anything else it could be
