Ashley manifold?

I have a replacement ashley 4-1 manifold down pipe but not sure it looks right as the fit look terrible, the holes dont line up and it looks like the pipe goes off in a odd direction. Has anyone fitted one of these and had similar problems? :dontknow:

the manifolds come in two bits. there should be an additional bent pipe to mate it to the system. i'd get the dremmil out and clean up the internal welds a bit.

Im having a similar problem. Where i can get this extra middle section? The ashley website is really annoying and only has generic pictures for all their products rather than an acutal picture of what you want to buy.

after getting mine on it all seemed to line up ok, not sure where you get the middle section from apart from ashley themselves, , mine came with the 4-1 down pipe.

if you guys are on about lining the branches to the studs on no.1 and 2 ports then its the way its designed!

i had the same damn problem and you have to lever it across onto the studs BUT mine snapped!! i pulled off the lights and the near side wheel started spinning up over a drain cover, when it gripped again, engine tilted… SNAP!

got an exchange and they offered to heat it up and fit it to a spare head properly before handing it over… still got it and still in 1 piece!

once you've got that fitted it then take it down to an exhaust place to get the to heat up and fit the exhaust proper

ashley exhausts arent great quality, i know! back box's done fit right and need alot of work to like up then they fall apart inside out after 6 months and sound aweful! manifolds are good once sorted as the centre pipe is but will need heat to line the pipes up proper
