1.8 GTI fuel filters

Having problems sourcing the big fuel filter - been told by local motor parts places that they can't get any !!!! Not tried VAG yet……
If these are getting rare…..Crazyquiff ???????

Sounds to me like someone is pulling yer wotsit mate  :wink:  Both GSF and EuroCarParts had a selection last time I was in there a few weeks ago - a cheaper version and an OE quality Hengst one.

I think a similar filter was used on a lot of cars equipped with the K-Jet system so I expect they will be around for a while yet  8)

Don't go for the cheaper ones from GSF…. the one I had leaked around the seam!!!  8O  
I'd forgotten to specify an OE one :banghead:

Definitely go for the OE quality Hengst one - its only a few quid more.
