1.5 GL Exhaust Downpipe HELP NEEDED

I caught my downpipe on my drive the other day, now its blowing from were the manifold meets the downpipe. Ive had a look at it and carnt seem to see any bolts to loosen it to move it back so it stops blowing. There are what looks like 2 clamps that i carnt seem to remove.

Anyone got any advice, opinions on how to sort it ?

They are 2 spring clamps and are a nightmare to move. These have stretched when you got caught. 2 new ones will solve your problem
