Any generous exhaust fitting place will let you have one for free!
Put the nuts before the bar and loosening the nuts will push out the bar.
Hope that makes sense?

I bent the edges on the bar so that it was straight. Then flip it over. Move the nuts to the underside of the bar - not the top as pictured and then loosen the nuts. This pushes the bar away from the end of the clamp and prises apart the c clamp.
There is a tool for it of course - See here!
