Wiring and 16valves

Hi,

Loads of info in this section but couldnt find anything on this.

Is the wiring job required to fit a mk2 or mk3 16 engine into a mk 1 gti difficult or troublesome in any way? Is the existing fuel pump ok also?

Whats usually required to complete the job?

fuel pump is good enough, wiring is a dodle

main headache is joining the conversion manifold u have to buy to the existing system!

tbh wasnt that difficult…I used the ashley conversin manifold, didnt fit totally right but took it to a exhaust pace and bowing like a bugger and they sorted it for me
