wipers and temp guage light

help again! 3rd time this week cant you just tell im new to the club

this time the problems with my wipers, they wont turn off!!!

At present they are working intermittently all the time and i jsut cant turn them off.

Also when i rev the engine the temperature guage light flashes on then off, this is no major problem to me but just wondered if this was a common occurrence.

I'm guessing earth fault or on the wiper front could be the relay
