where is this wire from?

I have 2 spade connections on my starter motor available and only the red/black wire to attach, can anyone tell me if the other connection requires anything and if so where is this from?

the 2nd spade is for the cold start system on k-jet, and coil cranking power boost on points ignition mk1s
