What on earth is my wiper motor?

right my wiper motor is very odd had someone look at it mrpurple on here and he thinks its off an old bus or something anyhow it only has one speed i have no intermittent or even faster speed which is yeah you guessed slightly annoying  

any clues as to what i could do

you need to take it off, no way we can id it from such a poor pic im afraid
